1.Product sourcing and procurement

2. Invitation letter(Pending due to pandemic problem)

This service is available for our customers who want to visit china to search or make product inspection on spot by themselves. this service is free of charge for our returning customers and some charges will be applicable if necessary for new customers who intend to visit china with no intention of working with our company in future. Customer need to provide business documents such as valid company documents such as Certificate of Incorporation,Business license, Bank statement and Passport for an individual intending to visit china.

3.Goods Pickup and Packing

After supplier/factory competed production, our company will arrange pickup service of goods for our customer and will arrange packing based on nature of goods and shipping requirements respectively.

4.Warehousing service

Customers buy goods from different suppliers or manufacturers are eligible to keep their goods to keep in our warehouse free of charge as they wait to fulfill their consignment. This service is available for seven days if more than that respective charges will be applicable if necessary.

5.Product Inspection Service

Different countries have different requirements in terms of product inspection and certification. In order to make your international business more easy we have obligation to make sure we inspects your product and provide all related certification before loading your goods into the container.

6.Container booking and loading.

Goods ready for shipping in warehouse/Supplier/factory, we will arrange container for loading based on client and factory confirmation and convenience.

7.Documentation

Our staff will document all details and related certification for your goods in order to make easy the prices of inspection and clearance in china and in your country of destination. Common documents includes Certificates of origins, packing lists, invoices and necessary certificates depending on the nature of goods.

8.Customs Inspection and Clearance in China and in some Countries

After customer goods are ready to ship/loaded in the cabinet we have obligation to cooperate with custom authorities in the process of doing inspection and clearing containers out from china to customers country of destination. this service is available on one side in some countries and both side in some countries, meaning that in some countries we can help clients to make clearing service both in china and in their destination countries while some countries can only clear in china. In countries we can clear both side it also depend on customer requirement.

9.Bales Compressing Services

This service is available for our customers who buy new clothes or bags or used clothes/bags and need to reduce shipping costs by compressing them in big bales or small bales. It is useful for our customers from most of African countries, it is good cost effective way of shipping goods.

10.Door to door delivery in Tanzania

For our Tanzania customers we can handle both side inspection and clearing plus door to door delivery available upon customer request. This service is available for both full container and less than container goods (loose cargo).
